I only bought into this stock after they announced the nifty sale, on the presumption they would get rid of that expensive debt facility after the transaction completed. Not sure why they are keeping half the debt hanging around. Wouldn’t production cash flow be enough for area5? If they aren’t paying off the debt at least they could have told us why not in the announcement. All imho.
