I would like to think the remaining loan gives them a buffer if needed. The loan is indirectly coming from one of MLX major shareholders, so based on that IMO It is in their interest as well to see an improved SP. Even with the assets as a guarantee does not really translate to benefiting APAC as much as revenue would from production.
