IMO this extension has only happened because CCH didn't pay up the $5m on time and forced the non payment negotiations with our friendly shareholder. MLX did pick up a fee for extending CCH but now they are capital raising and we will get the full $10m plus interest in a couple of months if they are successful in their endeavours.
