The market doesn't know what to expect with debts not paid out when they said they were going to pay them. Because the loan is a friendly I can only assume it's for the greater good of the business, its not like they haven't received the money as it's in the MLX bank account.
Like @Cashmeoutside said if the money is for an accelerated ramp up then this is a bonus and i'm all for it too.
