You can’t preferentially offer APAC shares at a discount and the loan is not a convertible note. The loan is unsecured if I’m not mistaken. I’m sure they have ample funds but perhaps keeping some buffer to go hard at Area5, all to be revealed in the quarterly. Issuing more stock and diluting holders would be stupid considering the strong financial position post nifty sale.
