If I had a spare $250m right now I would do my best to Hoover up CVN and asset strip and close shop. Cash in the bank almost the Market Cap. Call up CPC and ask if they want to double down on the same terms. I’d be walking away $150m better off!
Takeover Target surely.
I know it’s not that easy, but its not far off!
