One sentence says 'generate gross income of $43.71 million in Funds 2&3' and the next says 'Omni Bridgeway expects to receive payment during the next 4 quarters, resulting in the following metrics...' and then gives the gross income of $43.71 million again. Clear as mud.
How hard would it be to say that the revenue generated through settlement is $x and OBL is entitled to fees/revenue of $y. That is my understanding of how the earlier funds worked for OBL to actually earn anything from any settlements into the funds.
