Thanks to the post by SilverlightWpf it can be seen that there was a non-sweep pay down of JARE at the end of September and no sweep pay down at the end of December although an additional $30m had been received. Since that time another $20m has been received and retained for other purposes, the main one would be the NEXT projects. The 30m received between the last pay down and the end of December has been used one expects for either funding NEXT or helping pay the AELB deposit.
Not paying down JARE saves borrowing from other sources although existing cash flow may make that unnecessary.
