Good point and very interesting.
(1) When SP closed at 16c on 2 Aug, we got a notice from MtK a few minutes after the close, and the SP dropped in the second. Today, same happened during the trading hours. Coincident?
(2) If the 19.99% role is true. MtK has an obvious motivation to do the above. The role is also a hope for other share holders. If we can cross the 16c line somehow, there would not be so much dilution.
