    The terms of his convertible note require the company to issue based on the price in 2024 approx. 1.8c

    "Conversion to ordinary shares at the 18 month anniversary of drawdown at a 15% discount to thepreceding 20 day VWAP of the ordinary shares of the Company......"

    Instead they are issuing at current prices....
