"Box of chocolates" minerology here with all sorts of elevated elements, although a processing methodology might be tricky down the road. Skarn deposits can have eye-watering high grades but also very erratic and difficult to map/predict zonations, ore bodies and geometry so often lots of drilling is required to understand fully. Copper mineralization is interesting from a geological point of view to me but REE stuff less so.
