@Bluesky80 - exactly, and I'm sure anyone attending the meeting will be asking those kind of questions anyway. Some of the questions will be answered in the voting too, such as re-election of Osagie.

With the question of 'people investing', I hold Thorney Investment Group (TIG) as a prime example.

Their shareholding was diluted to below the 5% threshold in the beginning of November BUT they never bought any more to bring themselves back into the 'Substantial Shareholder' category.
I'd wonder if the BoD approached them at all with encouragement to increase their holding.
There's always the possibility that TIG sold out altogether once they dropped below the 5%.
If an Insto such as TIG (not that I know anything about them whatsoever) don't display confidence in ZLD then it's a really bad look to the rest of the instos imo.

Well, at least something good may have come of todays ann in that the first revenue milestone has been hit in receiving the 1st part of the cash so some of the overhang shares can now be issued for the Illera/Zelda merger. That 'only' leaves the same amount of shares again to be issued on triggering the 2nd milestone..dyor
