After helping Lynas avoid insolvency, the JARE backers are not going to force Lynas to the wall over what is now a relatively small amount in strategic terms.
The aim of a company is not to have no debt but manageable which it now is. I am sure Lynas could get the term extended by years or alternative competitive funding if they chose to.
I think a capital raising with dilution is long past needed.
