There was no risk of failure to pay, because demand has been "can't meet the orders" strong, production has been rising and REE prices are stable with a stable outlook (as that serves China).
You're worried there was a risk of non-payment. I'm not and I can't make a case for that being the case. Yet you think it's me that's pessimistic? The guy predicting record sales revenues? WTF?
Don't listen to people who are trying to characterize my contributions here as negative.
