    The reason of the HRN shares sale is obvious : PAN is in deep s...t with a huge, huge debt.
    Those $5.5m from the sale are equivalent to approx 1 cent per PAN share, and recent PAN price is 22c and debt is approx 19 or so cents per share. Insane.

    I wonder why ASIC is allowing company with such a huge debt not to be suspended. Crazy.
