The valuation is stretched, but not if you look over the very long-term which most of these institutions lack the ability or mandate to do for one reason or another.
The CR price should offer good support if it drops that far. Results will move the dial too if they overshoot/undershoot consensus expectations. Liquidity is an issue with this stock, so price movements in either direction are exaggerated.
