Yes but this is not a systemic issue for DDR merely a blip caused likely by personal issues of incompatibility with a spouse from a Key figure in the company , most of us mortals would have experienced similar issues , just we are not in such an exposed position to scrutiny .
Hope both Delwyn and David can get this behind them and move on, wish he could not just have transferred his shares to his ex with an escrow period , instead of doing it the way he did ,
