Well lets hope that Barrenjoey have found some institutions with long term aspirations (so not Regal) with respect to their investment in DDR.......~4% dividend and ~6% with franking credits so not great given what the market is paying these days, but the upside is the track record (growing profits, dividends, market share and this year improving margins post acquisitions and increase contribution from software) and the secular tailwinds behind all things technology (Security, AI, regular replacement cycles of all products)
