Agree crab hunter, the share price ran too strong, the directors cant be seen selling too many, but like anyone wont pass up an opportunity to make a buck, so in some ways their actions confirm the price is above expectations of fair value.
I also note profit margin is around 3.8%. Its got very tough of late as mentioned in a previous post I made, so wouldn't be surprised if latter tenders are priced at 2% or less and therefore screams alot of risk if doesn't go your way. I'll buy back but only at much less of a valuation.
