Secondly, 25% on a certain amount is a lot less than doing a cap raising at 20% (plus 6%fee) discount to price and rebasing the entire company at that lower price - it's a no-brainer, think about it.

According to the announcement AUZ got the money for the gold at Dixon but I'm sure it was partly for the copper drilling as well.

The same two brokers who took the stock at .005.

Don't worry AUZ will proceed with the JV I'm sure.
