$4.4mil is not as bad as it sounds and I'm not surprised by the low take up by shareholders, I'm one of them, we have been giving the company money hand over fist and getting nothing in return. I just hope AF does not think this is a sign of his now hands on management, I'm sure we all are very happy that AF is giving this a go for what it's worth.. getting the market's trust back is going to take some time and more boxes ticked.. IMO
