they can't raise because there is no confidence in either the management or the companies prospects. so many insto's have been burned already by this company....it's all become a bit boy who cried wolf.
maybe some of you lot should look to get the board replaced? But I seriously doubt that any of you hold enough shares or carry any influence to do so.
face the facts people...you may have chosen the wrong company to invest in.
