    This CR has been nicely structured for long term holders.

    There will be no dilution and the company will be funded adequately until revenues from the proposed manufacturing operations start to flow. The raising of $11.3 million now followed by another $7.5 million in 18 months time from the exercise of the options looks like perfect weighting.

    I will be taking up my rights for sure.
