Having a robust large animal derived model is crucial competitive edge for a platform play - something which we’ll have in time.
Sahm nailed it outlining PYC optimal dosage methodology - data driven built on patient derived models and confirmed via large animal/NHP models.
I sense we are coming along nicely - with the FDA is very motivated/supportive to jointly agree on end points.
