yes originally i had thought we might take 3 small steps this year. But it looks like one giant leap towards Xmas, or whenever the market starts to believe. Large animal tox will be the biggest leap as it changes the probability of drug success from say 30% to 50%. I do think the boys in perth believe in this case 50 is more like 70 given the work in plasma derived models has a higher rate of success than the usual.
so a big leap will come if we tick this box.
