    any thoughts? My initial take is that they have just agreed to keep negotiating, nothing we didn't really already know, apart from listing some milestones to achieve. This time around, no firm timeframes have been promised for the milestones, probably to avoid dissappointment like last time when July 31 lapsed for the exclusivity.
