This company has a marketing problem, perhaps a head of the table one and 11months into the deal that was announced as beneficial for shareholders has seen bugger all come from it. To date it’s been nothing short of a train wreck.

Say to shareholders don’t be lazy about your proxy votes, get them in as it’s one of the few avenues we have to communicate how we believe the company is progressing.
