Taking a few steps back might be useful to get an understanding of what it is that MSB have to offer to this partnership. Clue. It's not stem cells!
Imho fwiw MSB are the enabler in this partnership. MSB provide the know-how for the mass production of allogenic cells at industrial scale using materials, methods and processes which can allow access to fast track FDA approval.
Much of this know-how is covered by MSB's suite of patents and some is plain old hard-earned, closely guarded, proprietary knowledge.
Which of course begs the question as to the value of MSB's enabling technologies. The recent agreement and up front with Takeda is an interesting indicator of what can be acheived. Maybe this could also be a trigger to unlock value for shareholders through other corporate actions .......
