With no other test out there of the kind, shouldn't it be almost guaranteed that PD would be the gold standard? Hence why I'm struggling to comprehend the delays in partnership and rollout. I think Richard needs to be more forthcoming with information relating to milestones for rollout. Currently there is the present, and then "rollout", but there is no mention of what must occur for "rollout". Ellaboration is required.
