Discussions for USA rights may be subject to the outcome of the Janssen study which is due sometime JAN-APR 2020 as well as securing a reimbursement code.
Both of these positive outcomes would significantly increase the uptake and value of any deal and not just for the USA rights.
The recent capital raise allows the company to pursue this strategy, it was stated that funds were to be used to secure a reimbursement code, rushing big deals is not in the company's interest. Some holders will exit as it will be seen to take longer than anticipated but there is no doubt deals will get done.
