If you have a quick look at the Greenhouse software website, IHR will be add to the existing 9 HR plug ins that people can choose from and they have to go up against all the big names in the US with no brand recognition, which will be tough.

Every announcement with IHR at the moment is very promotional, as they know they need to get the stock price higher to raise more funds as they are nowhere near break even, which could be 18 months away and they only raised enough money to survive another Quarter, so will be back for more very soon.

Run the numbers, even if they on-boarded all their 8,000 users at their average customer value, which is actually about $12, not the $15 advertised, then they will still be burning lots of cash. In reality, I have their break even for users at about 40,000 people, so they are going to have to keep growing for many many quarters to get to that point.
