Looking at this announcement from the point of view of commercialisation strategy, am i correct in thinking HeraCare is being positioned as a 'bolt-on' maternity module for existing telehealth/remote patient monitoring platforms? Maybe offered as a 'white label' subscription package (time or user based) with a purchase or lease arrangement for the HeraBeat devices.
