it seems clear to me that today's movement had less to do with the announcement and more to do with the minuscule amount of shares on issue. was it a mind blowing announcement no. was it a step forward for the company yes, companies aren't based on singular announcements this one however did put rocketboots on the radar for a lot of people, including me, I'll be watching for the possibility of continued movement.
