Would suggest ASX pulled it up based on Listing Rule / Guidance changes implemented back in 2019.
Covers marking Ann's as price sensitive when in the eyes of the listing rules it may not be.
Post is not to infer a deliberate ramp Ann by the Co but merely to give a possible explanation of why is was questioned.
Can be a bit of a grey area I think that some companies are still feeling their way through at times or for some maybe testing the boundary of the grey area.
Case in point. I see ROC had similar AWS Ann recently but not pulled up. Haven't looked at the Ann's side by side but maybe difference in wording / tone or similar that ASX picked up?
