To be clear, 14D have always said they needed a significant partner(s) for Aurora. So this is good news any way you look at it.
The question is what’s in the detail…ie what’s the % of benefit to each organisation. If it’s 50/50 then 14D have done very well considering the money that will to be invested.
further, it’s taken 2 years after they said companies were lining up to partner. This has been a very slow process. This is one of my criticisms of the previous management. Nothing ever closed. This is a step forward. If management can conclude the deal and progress to build the the change of management will be the best thing 14D did
