If they were cutting staff due to imminent doom and gloom, then I would view that as a much more negative situation!
The Halt is distracting enough for the legal and accounting department and happy to see the Company is remaining focused on day to day operations!

If I was to venture a SWAG guess, ( scientific wild ass guess) then I would think the hold up is possibly related to the May 23rd Sandbox Cash Raise where some of the Investors were issued Sand tokens in exchange for the Fiat Currency that some of them used to invest with instead of being issued shares. ( some took shares and others took Sand Tokens)

If there were some documents that needed filing pertaining to previous deals, I would also guess after 9 weeks they could produce what was necessary to satisfy the mandated requirements!

At the end of the day I know as much as everyone else here, which is absolutely NOTHING with the exception of the press releases of recent past and the Q3 financials!

Simply trying to gain a little peace of mind and think about what might be the most likely scenario that’s causing the delay!

All the above is 100% my personal opinion, guesses and positive wishful thinking for the Company and everyone that has a stake in the deal!

If anyone follows the company's staff and official profiles on social media, the releases haven't changed - they are still operating like a normal business. The stock not trading isn't effecting them to execute. It's only effecting those investors/traders who wish to cash out or need to see daily volatility in their portfolio.
