So all NAGs has to do is take into account Transport Costs and Undercut Competitors.
They can do that very easily and make a good profit, simply because they have a cost advantage.
Half the costs are already paid for and they have 14M tonnes of it is stockpiled.
Their costs are about half of their competitors costs, so they can sell for less but still at a Profit.
Its a great position - called a comparative advantage (sorry, I use to Economics Teacher)
Not great for other Quarries but that's life in the business world.''
I can just imagine the other quarries shaking in their boots once they heard Mike Trumbull was on the prowl , trying to undercut them .
