C'mon guys, theres some good news here, looks like they don't need further permitting to store the PASS, they've put a tender in for the tunnel, yipeee!
Getting a little cashflow from the council.
Looks like all is not lost, theres hope on the PASS front, although im not sure what price, hopefully they can start a new precedent for storing PASS and change the playing field of the VIC PASS storage instead of dumping it willy nilly polluting the place.
