Not sure I understand your concern or even if there is one, a genuine one anyway..
What has been done with AHF since his departure was long overdue and the remaining matters that need to be redressed still remain outstanding, including; the removal of some legacy employees, furthering the capital restructure post absolving the stapled arrangement and the use of various trusts; the retirement of the remaining founding Director amongst a range of possible other governance items like the validity and accurancy of the Governance Statement.
Certainly the company website has been cleaned up from a governancve perspective, finally and in my view the Board composition is the best they have had since inception and it is certainly more genuine than what was there previously. Work is in progress to sort out the Capital management and that needs to continue possibly even with a decent consolidation and fresh capital campaign to refresh the share register.
As for management, when they find a replacement CEO they can then focus on updating what brands exist in reality and what ones remain recoverable from the disasters to date and what other options they have open to them given they now have a baby-league powder plant to feed. Not totally clear on where the milk will come from but that a management issue.
You are correct in that the next quarterly update and cashflow report will be interesting but I suspect there will be no real suprises other than the absence of any reference to ADFT and perhaps some operating costs. The current business has little room to move financially at this stage until the remainder of the historical mess is cleaned up and moved off the books. Any Brand management or new initiatives can await a new CEO and the rebuilding of the business can also then begin, including a near rewrite of the CoA...2024 might be a good year for them.
Sorry but personal feelings can go to the happy-room and convalesce over the stress that facing reality brings.
AHF has a better chance now going forward than it has ever had since it bought in to the CDC mess soon after after its ASX listing.
