"Martin Bryant needs to be sacked by the Board"...errrrrm that wont happen as the Board cannot fire anyone as they are elected by shareholders.
What the Board can do is to put to a Board vote his retention or removal as the Chairman of the Board. However then one of the other directors would need to step in as chairman or have a new director appointed, and ratified by a shareholder vote at a xGM and then have that person be appointed as the Chairman.
Both Martin and Bernard are the only AICD members of the current Board, Martin as a Member and Bernard as a Fellow.
Not a simple process changing a Chairman really and it is a Board matter not a shareholder matter.
