Yes, agreed, I was summarizing the process that you outlined and taking liberty to suggest that the substantial shareholders should put pressure on the BoD to replace the Chair which is by removal of the Chair and not technically called a sacking as such, All the votes Re Directors need to be ratified by a vote of the shareholders as you outlined.
