I guess we will just have to agree to disagree on the current Board versus prior version(s) of the Board.
The previous Board had a 249D served on them for a complete board removal and replacement and they beat it using some very colourful and "unusual" tactics, this Board has also had a 249D served upon it and defeated it thoroughly using more conventional and compliant methods.
The only losers in 249D's for Board changes are the shareholders outside of the actual initiative itself. This lot has had its fair share although I must admit it doesn't match the clusterfornicate that another listed company called Murray River Organics went though. It ultimately ended up in the hands of the Administrators. This one isn't that far ahead of that type of sad ending so I guess we shall see whether the current Board has the wherewithal and tenactiy to pull this one out of its long slow wide arching death spiral.
A new pilot would help, for starters.
