The news of PB's passing is a sad event for all of us on these threads but we are all investors in the other JV company, 88E and now should prepare ourselves for what may come next.
PB was the driving force behind BEX and I wonder now if there will be the same drive to continue from whomever takes over from him or will they sell off the BEX's interest in the JV?
I think there may be quite a bit of interest should that route be taken by BEX and what action will DW and his board take in that circumstance will also be of significant interest to shareholders.
PB's passing comes out of left field for the JV and what may come about may also come out of left field.
