It's interesting, sure. Still very early stage pre-clinical in the lab, basically in petri dishes. Maybe try further again and into mice next year ? Along with the other proposed mouse models in 2018. FWIW when ever people are banging on about "cure for cancer" is more hurt than good imo - and in petri-dishes that's not anything new, plenty of people / companies can cure cancer in a petri dish or test tube. PARP inhibitors are a hot space although we already knew that and they thought they would work synergistically with inhibitors like parp.
Further animal models should be interesting in 2018
