    what would the fresh face bring that the good Dr. is not bringing to us?

    A bit harsh but I certainly agree that he needs to be watched. With the progress we are making with both DX1 and DX3, does this mean that we are moving into territory very much unknown to the good Dr and he is now learning on the run. ASX is not a good place to learn on the run so I will be assessing his skills and competencies as best I can and in light of scant info
