It was clearly implied, the bolding was the emphasis of that failure. See my post of 20 9. My very point. They have either not kept up with the new protocols, or, have negligently commenced using the old ones. Either way it confirms what I have been saying for a long time, GMP, and by it's failure to detect, or failure to announce, the Management of PAB, have failed their shareholders, lost millions and delayed what they say will save lives and great pain and stress. Both are accountable and culpable.
