Curly I am not the sharpest tool in the pack so could you explain why Monday's announcement prompted that question or was it the announcement of 13th October - Notice of AGM - which prompted it. There are a couple of resolutions to the AGM dealing with Proportional Takeovers and also the 10% Placement Facility and there is a pretty good explanation in the explanatory notes.
