Gmv will have dual listing, - now on ASX, and also Nasdaq in Q3 (hopefully).
(For eg,
Alibaba is listed initially on Nasdaq, and then later, also on HKEx
BHP, on ASX and NYSE)

See "ADR', on one of my posts on "GMV-FA thread".
It won't be consolidated.
