Hi Spid,
I recall RNU working with Frey and objecting to Ecograf applying for trademark which included “Hf free”. I don’t know what the deal is with the tech they have and what Frey have done for them but I do recall that we were apparently financially committed to a royalty payment of some sort to Frey for the use of his process. I haven’t seen anything about it since it was mentioned on HC last year. I wonder if there is an issue between us and Frey and using his process which is playing out through RNU objecting to our patent. I have no idea but just concerned.
I am looking forward to good news on Epanko, Kwinana, binding off-takes, patent approval and perhaps joint venture partnerships on recycling etc.
