Hi Topo , but if they use our process (assuming it gets patent approved) then none of those batteries that have used the process will be able to be sold into any country that recognises our patent.
Thats my understanding of how it works, but happy to hear others views.
Anyway, interesting that somebody objected to the patent. I guess somebody must be worried about the impact if our patent approved.
Whats your thoughts on why someone would object?
